MEMS XO with automotive grade — 16 MHz, ±25 ppm
The DSC1004DI2-016.0000T is a fixed-frequency MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1004 family, delivering a 16 MHz CMOS clock with ±25 ppm frequency stability over the full industrial temperature range.
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, the oscillator covers the supply rails of 1.8V MCUs, 2.5V FPGAs, and 3.3V logic without a separate voltage translator or LDO — one BOM line serves multiple core voltages across a mixed-voltage board. Active current draw is 6.5 mA max at 16 MHz — low enough that a 3.3V rail feeding several loads still has headroom for the oscillator without thermal concern in the 2.5×2.0 mm package.
Housed in a no-lead package measuring 2.50×2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, this oscillator fits dense PCB layouts where board real estate is at a premium.
