Active production — AEC-Q100 MEMS oscillator for automotive timing
Its AEC-Q100 qualification confirms suitability for automotive-grade applications — the MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than quartz, which matters for under-hood and chassis-mounted electronics where mechanical stress can pull a crystal's frequency.
Supply voltage flexibility and standby power-down
Operates from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, covering the common digital core and I/O voltages without an external regulator — the same BOM position works across a 1.8V FPGA bank or a 3.3V microcontroller clock input. A standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15µA max when the enable pin is pulled low — useful for battery-backed systems where the clock must be gated during sleep without a separate load-switch.
Package and footprint for board layout
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — the 0.50mm pitch land pattern is standard for 4-pin oscillators; no via-in-pad required, and the small footprint leaves room for decoupling caps near the supply pin.
