What this MEMS oscillator replaces on the BOM
The DSC1004CI2-027.0000T is a 27 MHz MEMS-based XO with CMOS output, ±25 ppm frequency stability, and a standby power-down function that drops supply current to 15 µA max. It runs from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, drawing 8 mA max in active mode — the wide voltage range lets it sit on a shared 2.5V or 3.3V bus without a separate LDO.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place; the 4-SMD no-lead package (3.20mm x 2.50mm) requires standard reflow profiling per JEDEC J-STD-020.
