Active production – MEMS oscillator with automotive qualification
10 MHz CMOS output with wide supply tolerance
This is a 10 MHz fixed-frequency XO (Standard) oscillator with a CMOS output. The CMOS rail-to-rail swing directly drives logic inputs without external termination, simplifying the clock distribution on a mixed-voltage board. The supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same part can serve a 1.8V FPGA bank and a 3.3V microcontroller clock input without a level translator — a single BOM line covers multiple voltage domains. For a 10 MHz reference, that translates to a maximum drift of ±500 Hz over temperature — enough for most MCU and CAN bus timing budgets.
Standby power-down and low current draw
Active supply current is 6.5 mA max at 10 MHz, which is low enough to run from a 3.3V LDO without thermal concerns in a sealed enclosure.
4-SMD package with exposed pad
The 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measures 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly with a standard reflow profile is compatible with lead-free soldering. The 4-pin layout is a common MEMS oscillator footprint, so the board layout can often accept alternative suppliers without a spin.
