What this 148.5 MHz MEMS oscillator does that a quartz can't
The DSC1003DL5-148.5000T is a MEMS-based XO that delivers a fixed 148.5 MHz CMOS clock with ±10 ppm frequency stability across the full -40 to 105°C industrial-automotive temperature range. It is rated for under-hood and cabin modules where the ambient temperature hits 105°C and the clock must stay within ±10 ppm of 148.5 MHz — think ADAS camera serializers, automotive Ethernet PHYs, or infotainment SerDes links. Supply voltage spans 1.7V to 3.6V, so it can run directly from a 1.8V or 3.3V rail without an external LDO.
