Automotive-grade MEMS clock at 90 MHz
The DSC1003DL2-090.0000T is a 90 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1003 series, qualified to AEC-Q100 — the automotive IC stress and reliability standard. Output is CMOS, which interfaces directly with most MCUs, FPGAs, and SoCs without external level translation. The supply range of 1.7V to 3.6V covers 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic rails — one BOM line serves multiple voltage domains.
Frequency stability and power budget
For a 90 MHz clock, that is tight enough for 100BASE-TX Ethernet, CAN-FD, and high-speed serial interfaces. Maximum supply current is 9.6 mA during active operation.
Package and PCB footprint
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.098" x 0.079" footprint matches the industry-standard 2.5 x 2.0 mm oscillator land pattern — a drop-in fit for designs that already use quartz oscillators in this form factor.
Product status is Active.
