Automotive-grade MEMS timing reference
The DSC1003CL1-019.2000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1003 series, delivering a 19.2 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability. The standby (power down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max, meeting the sleep budget of battery-backed modules like TPMS or keyless-entry receivers.
Package and mounting details
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, this oscillator suits space-constrained automotive PCBs. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; the MEMS resonator inside is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which matters for engine-bay and transmission-mount applications.
This is a current-production part suitable for new designs. No pin-compatible second source is listed, but the DSC1003 series shares the same footprint across frequency variants, so a frequency change within the family does not require a board spin.
