50 MHz MEMS oscillator with automotive-grade reliability
The DSC1003CI2-050.0000T is a 50 MHz MEMS-based oscillator (XO) producing a CMOS output — a direct-fit clock source for MCUs, FPGAs, and automotive ECUs that expect a rail-to-rail digital clock on a single supply. The standby (power-down) function drops the disable current to 15 µA max, letting the system gate the oscillator off in sleep mode without a separate load switch.
AEC-Q100 qualification and industrial temperature range
The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds across the full temperature range, sufficient for CAN, LIN, and most MCU clock trees without external compensation.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place assembly. The 4-VDFN package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, fitting space-constrained PCB layouts.
