The MEMS die is inherently more resistant to vibration and thermal cycling than a crystal blank.
The supply range spans 1.7V to 3.6V, so the same order code covers 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic domains. No need to qualify a separate voltage variant for each rail — one BOM line serves multiple boards. In a battery-backed ECU that sleeps between ignition cycles, that 15 µA leakage is low enough to avoid a dedicated load switch on the oscillator rail.
