60 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1003BI1-060.0000T is an active-production MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC1003 series, delivering a 60 MHz CMOS output from a 4-SMD no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm. A standby (power-down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA maximum, letting the oscillator share a power rail with other peripherals and shut down when the system sleeps.
Supply voltage and frequency stability
Frequency stability is held to ±50 ppm over the full temperature and voltage range, which is tight enough for most MCU clock trees and CAN/LIN bus timing without external trimming. Maximum operating current is 7.4 mA; in standby the draw drops to 15 µA, making this part suitable for battery-backed real-time clocks or wake-up timers in automotive body controllers.
