Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed pad underneath provides a thermal and ground path — a via-in-pad layout under the pad improves heat sinking and reduces ground inductance for the CMOS output edge rates. Supplied in Tape & Reel, compatible with standard pick-and-place and reflow profiles.
