Product details

24 MHz CMOS oscillator with MEMS resonator

The MEMS die eliminates the crystal blank and its associated start-up time and shock sensitivity — the oscillator reaches stable frequency within microseconds of power-up. Supply voltage spans 1.7 V to 3.6 V, covering 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.

AEC-Q100 qualification and standby function

In active mode the supply current is 6 mA maximum at 24 MHz. The standby pin is active-low; pulling it low places the output in high-impedance state.

Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead exposed pad package measuring 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.

Frequently asked questions

What is the standby function on DSC1003AE2-024.0000?

The standby (power-down) pin disables the oscillator output and drops the supply current to 15 µA maximum. This is useful for battery-powered or intermittent-duty systems where the clock can be gated off between active periods.
