The DSC1001DL5-033.0000 is a 33 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) with CMOS output, built for applications that need a fixed-frequency clock source without the startup and aging drift of a quartz crystal. Rated across -40°C to 105°C with ±10 ppm frequency stability, it maintains timing margin in engine-bay and outdoor telecom environments where temperature swings are wide.
Supply flexibility and low-power disable
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, the oscillator can be powered directly from a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O rail without a level translator — a single BOM line covers both voltage domains. Maximum draw is 7.2 mA during active operation; the Enable/Disable function drops consumption to 15 µA when the clock is gated, useful for sleep-mode power budgets in battery-backed modules.
Supplied in tube as standard.
