What the AEC-Q100 grade means for your ECU
Supply voltage and standby power
The 1.8V to 3.3V supply range covers the three most common digital rails — 1.8V core, 2.5V I/O, 3.3V peripheral — without a level translator or extra LDO. Maximum draw is 7.2 mA at full speed. For a module that sleeps between CAN wake-up events, this keeps the quiescent load off the battery.
Frequency stability and timing margin
±10 ppm frequency stability over the full temperature range and supply variation — tight enough for 100BASE-TX Ethernet reference clocks and CAN FD bit timing without a TCXO. The 31.25 MHz output is a standard PHY and MCU clock frequency, so the BOM position is a drop-in for many reference designs.
4-SMD no-lead package, 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height. The small land pattern suits space-constrained automotive modules (camera, radar, BMS).
