MEMS oscillator at 150 MHz for harsh environments
The DSC1001DL2-150.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a 150 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability.
Maximum supply current is 12.2 mA when active — negligible for most power budgets.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The small footprint saves board space in dense designs — a typical 4-layer PCB can route the output trace on an inner layer with a ground plane underneath to control the 150 MHz edge rate. Surface-mount assembly on standard reflow profiles; the MEMS die is encapsulated, so no special handling beyond normal ESD precautions.
