66 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 grade
The DSC1001DL2-066.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a fixed 66 MHz CMOS output. The AEC-Q100 rating means this part has passed the automotive-grade stress and reliability tests — it is qualified for under-hood and cabin electronics where the ambient temperature can reach 105°C. The ±25ppm frequency stability keeps the clock edge within tight jitter budgets for CAN, Ethernet, or sensor interfaces.
Supply voltage and standby function
The oscillator operates across a 1.8V to 3.3V supply range, covering the common digital rails without an external regulator. A standby (power-down) function pulls the output to high-impedance and drops the supply current — useful for battery-backed or ignition-cycle applications where the clock must be disabled when the module sleeps.
Package and board layout
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. The small footprint suits space-constrained ECU or sensor modules. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; no exposed paddle, so the thermal path is through the solder pads to the PCB ground plane.
