A standby (power-down) function pulls the supply current from 7.2 mA max active down to 15 µA max disabled — enough to let a battery-backed ECU sleep through an ignition-off period without draining the reserve capacitor. The supply voltage accepts 1.8V to 3.3V without an external regulator, so the same oscillator can be dropped into a 1.8V-core MCU or a 3.3V peripheral bus without a separate level translator.
4-SMD no-lead — layout and reflow fit
Housed in a 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm 4-SMD no-lead package, 0.90 mm seated height. The MEMS die and ASIC are stacked inside a ceramic cavity with a metal lid; the four edge pads are solder-terminated on the board pad without through-holes. Standard reflow profile for lead-free solder applies, and the small footprint leaves routing space under the component on a dense mixed-signal PCB.
