12 MHz CMOS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001DL2-012.0000 delivers a 12 MHz CMOS output from a MEMS resonator, rated across -40°C to 105°C with ±25 ppm frequency stability. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so it can run from a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O rail without a separate regulator — one less component in the timing tree.
Standby power-down and current draw
For a battery-backed RTC or a CAN transceiver clock that must sleep between bus events, the 15 µA standby keeps the system quiescent draw below 20 µA without a dedicated power switch.
Package and board-fit dimensions
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint is common among MEMS oscillators — the pad layout follows the standard 4-pin no-lead pattern, so a board designed for a quartz XO in the same land pattern can accept this part without a spin.
