MEMS oscillator for automotive timing
The DSC1001DL2-001.4850T is a 1.485 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal. It outputs a CMOS-level clock from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, drawing 6.3 mA max during operation. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, letting the system gate the clock when the downstream logic sleeps.
Automotive-grade reliability window
Rated AEC-Q100, the oscillator is qualified for automotive stress conditions including temperature cycling and ESD. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across temperature, supply, and aging — tight enough for CAN, LIN, or video pixel clocks that cannot tolerate drift.
Package and storage note
Housed in a 4-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Supplied on tape and reel (TR) — store the reels dry; the MEMS die itself is not moisture-sensitive, but the reel label and carrier tape follow standard JEDEC handling. The small footprint suits space-constrained ECU or sensor module layouts.
