MEMS oscillator for automotive and industrial clock trees
The DSC1001DI5-150.0000T: The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz crystal's shock and vibration sensitivity — a practical advantage for engine-bay ECUs and factory-floor controllers where a quartz can fails during high-G events. Rated AEC-Q100, this part is qualified for automotive-grade reliability stress and PPAP submission. The 1.8V–3.3V supply range lets a single BOM line serve both 1.8V and 3.3V clock domains without a secondary regulator — a common trick when the same oscillator feeds a 1.8V FPGA bank and a 3.3V PHY.
Supply range and standby power for always-on systems
Maximum supply current is 12.2 mA at 150 MHz — the active draw is low enough that a small LDO can feed it without thermal concern. When the Standby (Power Down) function is asserted, the disable current drops to 15 µA max. The no-lead package (2.50 mm x 2.00 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) fits the compact footprint common in ADAS camera modules and telematics control units. The no-lead construction means the solder joint is under the package — ensure the PCB land pattern matches the recommended stencil aperture.
It is suitable for both new designs and production replenishment. Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
