125 MHz MEMS oscillator for automotive and industrial clock trees
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator is validated for automotive-grade reliability — suitable for under-hood or cabin electronics where vibration and thermal cycling are routine. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same part can serve 1.8V-core SoCs, 2.5V FPGAs, or 3.3V peripheral buses without a separate rail translator.
Standby power-down and low-current operation
A standby (power-down) function disables the output and drops supply current to 15 µA max — useful for battery-backed modules that sleep between wake events. Active draw is 8.7 mA max at 125 MHz, keeping the thermal footprint small in the compact 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm 4-SMD package.
