75 MHz MEMS clock for automotive and industrial
The DSC1001DI5-075.0000T: AEC-Q100 qualification certifies it for automotive-grade reliability — the MEMS resonator and CMOS driver are screened for the temperature cycling, vibration, and ESD stresses typical of under-hood ECU and chassis-domain applications. The standby (power down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, enabling battery-backed sleep modes in automotive body controllers or sensor modules where the clock must stop but wake on a CAN or LIN message.
Supply voltage and power budget
Operates from a single 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail — the same part covers 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic domains without a separate regulator or BOM variant. Maximum active supply current is 8.7 mA at 75 MHz, which keeps the thermal contribution negligible in the 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm package.
Supplied on Tape & Reel for automated pick-and-place; the base product number DSC1001 covers the full frequency and stability range for BOM consolidation.
Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
