19.2 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 grade
The DSC1001DI5-019.2000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a 19.2 MHz CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C. AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator is validated for automotive stress conditions—temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up—making it a fit for under-hood ECUs, infotainment, and ADAS sensor clocks where a ceramic resonator or quartz crystal might drift or fail under vibration.
Supply range and standby power gating
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, it covers the common digital core and I/O rails used in automotive microcontrollers and FPGAs without needing an extra regulator. The standby function (Power Down) drops current consumption to 15 µA max—useful for battery-backed telematics units or sleep-mode body controllers that must wake on a CAN message.
