The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz start-up uncertainty and pullability issues; the output is a clean CMOS rail-to-rail swing from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply, drawing 6.3 mA max during operation and dropping to 15 µA in standby (power-down) mode.
Package, footprint, and supply flexibility
Housed in a 4-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the compact footprint suits space-constrained automotive ECUs and portable instrumentation where board real estate is tight. The wide supply range (1.8V to 3.3V) lets the oscillator share a rail with the core voltage of a 1.8V MCU or the I/O bank of a 3.3V FPGA without an extra LDO — the same BOM line works across multiple voltage domains.
