8 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part has passed the automotive-grade stress and reliability tests: temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up, and extended life. It is suitable for under-hood and cabin electronics where a quartz crystal's shock or vibration sensitivity would be a concern.
Standby function and supply flexibility
The standby (power down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low — useful for automotive modules that must wake on a bus event and sleep between messages. The 6.3 mA max active current is typical for a MEMS oscillator at this frequency. Supply voltage covers 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same order code works across a 3.3V CAN transceiver domain and a 1.8V MCU I/O bank without a level shifter on the clock line.

Package and board-fit note
4-SMD, no-lead package, 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm body, 0.90 mm seated height. The 0.50 mm pitch pads are on the bottom — no through-holes, so the oscillator sits flat on the PCB. Standard reflow profile for MEMS resonators applies; no special bake-out required if the tape is unsealed.
