MEMS oscillator for automotive and industrial clock trees
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator is validated for automotive-grade reliability — suitable for under-hood and cabin electronics where quartz oscillators may drift under vibration or thermal cycling. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, offering faster startup and better shock resistance, which simplifies the clock tree in engine control units, ADAS sensors, and infotainment modules.
Standby function and supply flexibility
A dedicated Standby (Power Down) function on pin 1 drops the supply current to 15 µA max when disabled — useful for battery-backed real-time clocks or sleep-mode controllers that must preserve the clock tree without draining the rail. The wide supply range of 1.8V to 3.3V lets the same oscillator serve 1.8V-core MCUs and 3.3V peripheral buses without a level translator, reducing BOM count.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging, 4-SMD No Lead footprint (2.50mm x 2.00mm), compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly.
