The DSC1001DI5-002.0480T is a Microchip MEMS-based XO delivering a 2.048 MHz CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability across the full -40 to 85 °C range. That stability holds without an external crystal or trim capacitor — the MEMS resonator is sealed inside the 4-SMD package, so the board layout only needs a supply decoupling cap and the output trace. It's a direct fit for engine-control modules, transmission controllers, or any cabin-electronics clock that sees 85 °C ambient and needs a guaranteed frequency reference across the life of the vehicle.
Power budget and disable function
