The MEMS resonator eliminates the start-up reliability concerns of quartz crystals in cold-crank or high-vibration environments.
2 MHz fixed-frequency clock source
At 2 MHz, this oscillator serves as a reference for low-speed MCU clocks, CAN transceivers, or dedicated timing peripherals. The CMOS output swings rail-to-rail with a supply range of 1.8V to 3.3V, so it mates directly with 1.8V or 3.3V logic without a level shifter. The 4-VDFN package measures 2.50mm x 2.00mm, saving board space in densely populated ECU layouts.
Active production, automotive-grade
The MEMS construction also passes the AEC-Q100 mechanical stress tests (drop, vibration, thermal shock) that can crack quartz resonators.
