AEC-Q100 Grade and Temperature Range
The DSC1001DI4-060.0700T: Rated AEC-Q100 — this is the automotive IC qualification that OEM auditors require for PPAP submission. Capable is not qualified — the AEC-Q100 stamp means the part passed the full reliability stress suite (ESD, latch-up, temperature cycling) per JEDEC JESD22. No PPAP gap here.
60.07 MHz CMOS Output and Power Budget
CMOS output drives standard digital inputs directly — no level translator needed for 1.8V or 3.3V logic. The 60.07 MHz frequency fits high-speed serial clocks (CAN-FD, Ethernet) and MCU timing. For an ECU that sleeps between CAN wake events, the standby draw extends battery life well beyond a quartz oscillator's typical leakage.
Supply Voltage Flexibility and MEMS Reliability
Operates from 1.8V to 3.3V without external regulation — the same BOM line can serve a 1.8V-core MCU and a 3.3V peripheral without a separate LDO.
4-SMD, No Lead package, 2.50mm x 2.00mm footprint, 0.90mm seated height. Standard reflow profile applies — no special bake-out unless moisture exposure exceeds MSL limits. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) — compatible with automated pick-and-place.
