125 MHz MEMS oscillator for automotive and industrial timing
The DSC1001DI2-125.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 125 MHz CMOS output from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail. Frequency stability is held to ±25 ppm across the temperature range, which is tight enough for most CAN, LIN, and Ethernet clocking requirements without external compensation.
Standby power-down and low current draw
A dedicated Standby (Power Down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low, preserving battery life in intermittently active systems.
