MEMS oscillator for automotive and industrial clock trees
The DSC1001DI2-066.1550T: AEC-Q100 qualified MEMS XO for automotive electronics — engine control units, ADAS sensors, or infotainment modules.
Standby mode and supply flexibility
A dedicated Standby (Power Down) pin drops current consumption to 15 µA max when the oscillator is disabled — useful for battery-backed modules that sleep between CAN wake-up events. The supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, covering common logic rails without an external LDO; maximum active current is 7.2 mA at the rated frequency.
Package and board-level fit
Housed in a no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint for dense multi-layer PCBs. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place; the no-lead construction requires a solder-paste stencil aperture matched to the pad geometry to avoid tombstoning during reflow.
Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
