MEMS timing for automotive and industrial clocks
Its AEC-Q100 qualification makes it suitable for under-hood and cabin electronics where reliability under thermal and vibration stress is required. The wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V allows direct connection to common digital rails without an external regulator, simplifying the power tree.
Standby mode and current budget
A standby (power-down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max, enabling the oscillator to be gated off during system sleep states without a separate enable signal from the processor. Active current consumption is 6.9 mA max, which is typical for a MEMS oscillator at this frequency and CMOS output load.
Housed in a 4-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, this oscillator fits tight PCB layouts where height is constrained, such as ADAS camera modules or infotainment head units.
