Automotive-grade MEMS clock source
The DSC1001DI2-032.0000T is a 32 MHz MEMS-based XO with CMOS output, rated AEC-Q100 for automotive applications. The 1.8 V to 3.3 V supply range lets it run from the same rail as the MCU I/O bank or a 2.5 V LDO without a dedicated regulator.
Standby function for low-power sleep
When enabled, the oscillator draws 7.2 mA max at 32 MHz — the active current is set by the CMOS output drive and the MEMS PLL, not by the resonator itself.
The 4-SMD no-lead package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that fits space-constrained automotive modules such as ADAS cameras or radar sensor boards.
