19.2 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001DI2-019.2000T: Rated AEC-Q100, this part is qualified for automotive-grade applications — the qualification covers the temperature, reliability, and PPAP requirements for under-hood and cabin electronics. The MEMS base resonator eliminates the quartz-crystal start-up and shock sensitivity issues — no external load capacitors are needed, which simplifies BOM and layout.
Standby function and supply flexibility
The standby function disables the output and drops supply current to 15 µA max. Supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same oscillator can serve a 1.8V-core MCU and a 3.3V peripheral bus without a level translator on the clock line. Active current draw is 6.3 mA max at full rated load — low enough that the oscillator's contribution to the thermal budget is negligible in most designs.
Package and layout for the 4-SMD no-lead case
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; the MEMS die is encapsulated, so no special handling beyond normal SMD precautions is required.
Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
