The DSC1001DI2-009.6000T: AEC-Q100 qualification (Grade 2 or better) makes this oscillator suitable for automotive ECUs, ADAS cameras, and under-hood modules where quartz crystals might fail under vibration or thermal shock.

Supply voltage and power-down standby

Operates from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail — the wide range covers both 1.8V core and 3.3V I/O domains without a separate level translator.

Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the standard 2.0×2.5 mm oscillator footprint shared by many MEMS and quartz XOs.
