MEMS XO for automotive timing – 24.576 MHz, AEC-Q100
Operating from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, the oscillator can be powered directly from a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O bank without an external regulator — useful when the same BOM position must serve multiple voltage domains across board revisions.
The MEMS resonator construction avoids the quartz supply constraints that occasionally affect crystal-based oscillators, providing a more predictable sourcing outlook for volume production.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the oscillator fits space-constrained automotive ECU and sensor module layouts.
