MEMS XO at 24.576 MHz — AEC-Q100 qualified
The MEMS structure gives it faster start-up and better shock resistance than a quartz equivalent — useful in automotive and industrial environments where vibration is present.
Supply voltage and frequency stability
It operates from 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same oscillator can be used on a 1.8V FPGA bank, a 2.5V Ethernet PHY, or a 3.3V microcontroller without a separate voltage translator.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The small footprint fits tight PCB layouts; the no-lead construction reduces parasitic inductance compared to a leaded package, which helps maintain signal integrity at 24.576 MHz.
Microchip lists the DSC1001DI1-024.5760 as Active. For current designs, this means no forced redesign due to obsolescence in the near term.
