MEMS timing for automotive and industrial clock trees
The DSC1001DI1-014.7456T: Its AEC-Q100 qualification means the oscillator has passed the reliability stress tests required for automotive under-hood and cabin electronics, including temperature cycling and ESD immunity.
The 1.8V to 3.3V supply range lets this single XO serve 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic domains — no level translator is needed when the same oscillator feeds a 1.8V MCU and a 3.3V PHY. Maximum operating current is 6.3 mA, and the standby current is 15 µA, so the power impact on a battery-backed real-time clock or always-on domain is negligible.
Package and PCB layout fit
Housed in a 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm package with a seated height of 0.90 mm maximum, the footprint is compatible with standard reflow soldering and suits space-constrained modules.
