Active MEMS oscillator for high-frequency timing
The DSC1001DE2-148.5000T: 148.5 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability — the stability band is tight enough for 1 GbE reference clocks and video pixel timing without a separate VCXO. MEMS base resonator replaces a quartz crystal — no crystal aging drift, better shock/vibration immunity, and a faster start-up than a quartz oscillator.
