MEMS oscillator for automotive-grade clock trees
The DSC1001DE1-074.2500 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a 74.25 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to +70°C operating range.
This makes the oscillator suitable for battery-backed or intermittent-duty modules where the clock tree must be gated during sleep to conserve energy.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the footprint is compatible with standard reflow soldering and requires no special via-in-pad treatment.
