Package and enable/disable function
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that fits space-constrained PCBs in automotive camera modules or sensor nodes. An enable/disable function is provided (pin 1), allowing the output to be tri-stated. Maximum supply current when enabled is 8.7 mA, keeping the thermal load low in a small package.
