It outputs a CMOS clock at 36.667 MHz with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. The MEMS resonator gives it better shock and vibration tolerance than a quartz oscillator, and the 1.8V to 3.3V supply range lets it run off a common 1.8V or 3.3V rail without a separate regulator.
Because it is a MEMS-based part, it is not subject to quartz supply constraints or crystal aging issues that sometimes trigger last-time-buys on quartz oscillators.
Standby power-down and 4-SMD package
The 4-SMD, no-lead package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a standard footprint that places without tombstoning risk on a typical reflow profile. Check the MSL before the bake step; the datasheet carries the rating.
