33.3333 MHz CMOS MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100
That is tight enough for most 100BASE-TX and CAN FD clocking; for a 25 ppm budget you would need a temperature-compensated part, but for a standard 50 ppm system this oscillator holds the timing margin without an external TCXO.
The supply voltage accepts 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same BOM line can serve a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O rail without a separate level translator.
Package and footprint for 2.5×2.0 mm layout
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm maximum. The 0.098" × 0.079" footprint is the same as many quartz oscillators in this frequency range, so a layout designed for a 2.5×2.0 mm XO can take this MEMS part without a board spin. Surface-mount reflow follows standard JEDEC profiles for no-lead packages.
Active lifecycle, automotive qualification
For under-hood temperatures above 70°C, check the extended-temperature variants in the DSC1001 family.
