12 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
Its AEC-Q100 rating qualifies it for automotive applications where reliability under temperature cycling and vibration is required — the MEMS resonator is inherently more shock-tolerant than a quartz crystal.
Supply flexibility and standby power savings
The device operates from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, covering the common digital core and I/O voltages without a separate regulator. Maximum supply current is 6.3 mA during active oscillation. A dedicated Standby (Power Down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max, allowing the system to gate the clock during idle states without removing the supply rail.
Package and footprint for automated assembly
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, this oscillator is suited for high-density PCB layouts where board space is constrained.
