Active production – AEC-Q100 MEMS oscillator at 54 MHz
The DSC1001CL2-054.0000 is an active-production MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip Technology's DSC1001 series, delivering a 54 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability. The operating temperature range spans -40°C to 105°C, covering the industrial and extended automotive ambient bands. The supply voltage accepts 1.8V to 3.3V, so it can run directly off a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O rail without a level translator.
A standby (power-down) function lets the oscillator shut down its output and internal circuitry, dropping the supply current to near zero — useful for battery-backed modules or ECU sleep modes where the clock must stop to meet quiescent current targets.
The 4-SMD, no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that fits dense PCB layouts. No special via-in-pad or thermal management is required for this oscillator.
