4-SMD no-lead package – board-fit note
The 4-SMD, no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. It is a standard 4-pin oscillator footprint shared by many MEMS and quartz XOs — the layout is drop-in compatible with the common 3225 land pattern. Surface-mount assembly on a standard reflow profile; no special bake-out required because the MEMS die is not moisture-sensitive like some quartz resonators. The no-lead construction eliminates bent-lead inspection at incoming QC.
