150 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001CI5-150.0000T: The MEMS base resonator eliminates the quartz crystal's cold-start settling time and vibration sensitivity — the part starts up at frequency without the initial accuracy spread typical of a fundamental-mode quartz oscillator. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same BOM line can serve a 1.8V core clock and a 3.3V peripheral bus without a separate voltage translator on the oscillator output.
Standby power-down and supply current
A standby (power down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max — the output goes high-Z, so the downstream load sees no clock edge and the system can sleep without a dedicated disable FET. Active supply current is 12.2 mA max at 150 MHz, which is competitive for a MEMS oscillator at this frequency — the CMOS output swings rail-to-rail, so the load capacitance at the receiver sets the actual dynamic current draw.
Active lifecycle — design-in ready
It is suitable for new designs and volume production. Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
