80 MHz MEMS clock source for automotive and industrial boards
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part is rated for automotive-grade thermal and reliability stress — suitable for under-hood or cabin electronics where a quartz crystal might drift or fail under vibration. The MEMS resonator construction gives it better shock and vibration tolerance than a traditional quartz crystal, which matters for engine-bay or chassis-mounted modules.
Supply voltage flexibility and standby power
Runs from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail — one BOM line covers 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V clock domains without a separate voltage translator. Max supply current is 8.7 mA at 80 MHz; the standby (power-down) function drops draw to 15 µA max, letting the system gate the clock to the load without a separate enable switch.
