24 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
Rated AEC-Q100, this part is qualified for automotive applications where shock, vibration, and thermal cycling exceed quartz oscillator limits — the MEMS resonator inherently withstands higher g-forces and offers faster start-up than a crystal.
Supply voltage flexibility and standby power-down
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, the DSC1001CI5-024.0000T covers the three most common digital core and I/O rails — a single BOM line serves 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V domains without a separate oscillator variant. The standby (power-down) function reduces supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is de-asserted, supporting low-power sleep modes in battery-backed automotive modules or always-on sensor hubs. Active current is 6.3 mA max at 24 MHz, keeping the thermal contribution negligible in dense ECU layouts.
Active production status and sourcing posture
It remains available for new designs and volume production.
