MEMS oscillator for automotive timing
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part has passed the reliability stress and temperature cycling required for under-hood and chassis-mounted electronics — it is a drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators in automotive ECUs, ADAS modules, and body controllers.
Supply range and power-down standby
Operates from a single 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, drawing 6.3 mA max in active mode — low enough for battery-backed telematics and always-on sensor hubs. The standby (power-down) function drops consumption to 15 µA max, preserving battery life in systems that wake periodically to transmit or log data.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — the same footprint as standard quartz oscillators, so the PCB layout does not change when switching to MEMS.
